Meet Dr. Andrew Magee, DDS
Hello, I am Dr. Andrew Magee. I am committed to delivering top-quality dental care to patients of all ages. My goal is to create a positive impact on my patient's lives by delivering healthy, beautiful smiles, and promoting overall health. I am dedicated to staying updated in the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques and am driven by a genuine desire to help individuals achieve optimal oral health. I look forward to serving the Flagstaff community and meeting you soon!
Education
I grew up in Hammond, Louisiana, and achieved a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama. I went on to get my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. I moved to Chandler, Arizona, in 2013 to take a job as a process engineer at Intel. I enjoyed working in the factory and helping to make computer chips but after several years I realized that I was missing a personal connection with the output of my work.
After much reflection I determined that through dentistry I could best use my skills to directly benefit my community and build the personal connections that I enjoy in my work. With this in mind, I went back to school and graduated from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona with honors in research and general dentistry.
Personal
I recently relocated to Flagstaff with my wife. The two of us are enjoying the cool weather, fresh air, and getting to know the community. I love to play trivia, being outdoors, baking bread, and playing the banjo.
